I feel the repercussions may not be very devastating but they will be forced to toe the line and become more like American vendors and that can still be done since some Desi Consultancies do have good direct clientele but it will force most of the H1s without a job to go home. Although this is bad for a lot of hardworking and sincere folks who play by the rules, I&#39;d any day welcome immigration reforms like these than the ones down under in Australia. Also, 21st century Americans have gotten used to an easy life gifted to them by their hardworking parents and grandparents post WW2. Let them acquire skills and earn the jobs now being done by temporary Indian workers. It will be good for them, good for the world.
